Vera, Assistant City Manager <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />2/18/2010 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Florida Power and Light Easement Agreement <br /> <br />RECOMMENDA TION: <br /> <br />The attached resolution is recommended for approval by the City Commission. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />The City Commission approved a resolution that replatted the City Hall and Tony Romas <br />property in the January City Commission meeting. The surveyor preparing the plat <br />found that two utility easements for FPL that are currently servicing the City Hall and <br />Tony Romas Restaurant had not been recorded or dedicated to FPL. <br /> <br />This resolution is to ratify the dedication of the existing easements that should have been <br />dedicated when the City Hall and Tony Romas Restaurant were being built. Once this <br />resolution is approved and the utility easement dedicated the plat can be recorded. <br /> <br />A TT ACHMENTS: <br />.
