SECTION 01010 <br />SUMMARY OF WORK <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.01 SECTION INCLUDES <br />A. Contractor use of site. <br />B. Location of Work. <br />C. Description of Work. <br />D. Work Sequence. <br />E. Owner Occupancy. <br />1.02 CONTRACTOR USE OF SITE <br />A. Limit use of site and premises to allow: <br />1. Owner occupancy. <br />2. Work by others and Owner. <br />1.03 LOCATION OF WORK <br />A. The work location is in the City of Sunny Isles Beach at Atlantic Isles. <br />1.04 DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br />A. Construction of sanitary sewer collection system with gravity sewer lines, <br />manholes, WASD lift station and force main; paving, grading, and drainage <br />improvements; under grounding of certain utilities, such as FPL power, CATV, <br />and telephone. The installation of a new water main with services is also <br />proposed by the City of North Miami Beach to be constructed <br />contemporaneously, but not currently in this contract. <br />1.05 WORK SEQUENCE <br />A. Construct work in stages to accommodate Owner's occupancy requirements <br />during the construction period, coordinate construction schedule and operations <br />with Owner. <br />B. The Contractor shall locate all utilities and coordinate all work with the details <br />and plans to avoid conflicts. <br />05/08 01010 -1 05 -4893 <br />
