Endeavor to hire all of the incumbent contractor employees <br />2. Recruit for positions not filled by incumbent's employees <br />3. Recruit Project Manager / Promote from within <br />4. Within two weeks of start date, offer employment to all qualified recruits <br />5. Recruit personnel from Stockton's current ranks <br />6. Purchase equipment and supplies <br />7. Organize start up plan - finalize hiring of personnel, delivery of materials, supplies and <br />equipment, key transfer, etc... <br />8. Inspect current conditions and determine necessary requirements to bring up to contractual <br />requirements. <br />9. Coordinate with Special Projects team <br /> <br />28 <br />
