Executive Summary

Our analyses and recommendations based on measurements taken and data
received, are submitted for your review and evaluation. Our analysis of the
profile is tentative on this data; however, it should convey the approximate
general condition of the facility. Following are among the highest priority
items to be considered towards electric bill reduction, power quality
enhancement, and optimum operation of the facility:

1. KW-Demand, and KWH-consumption reduction.
2. Voltage Stability and Phase Balancing.
3. Mitigation of Harmonicsr Surges, and Transients.
4. Power Factor improvement.
S. Protection and increased Longevity of Equipment and Machinery.

Following review of the proposal, we feel that improvements can readily be
seen through the special introduction of our proven field-tested, and
internationally renowned ElectroFlow™ system with national and
international recognition. Such a system will reduce KW Demand and KWH
consumption, mitigate harmonics, stabilize voltage, balance the three phase
system, increase longevity of machinery and equipment, reduce losses,
which result in a more efficient use of your power as well as operating cost
reductions.

Reca pitu lation

Recapitulation of ElectroFlow™ cost and associated payback period(s) is
tabulated herein. The prices quoted remain firm for a period of 30 days from
the proposal's date, after which they may be subject to change.

Load Center
MSB

System Cost (USD)
$36,697

Savings (USD) Payback (Yr.)
$9,678 3.8

1
