Conner: <br /> <br />LIVS Associates is pleased to submit our proposal to provide professional Landscape, <br />Architectural and Engineering services for the above referenced task. <br /> <br />I. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />TIle scope of services tmder this proposal consists of providing design, construction documents, <br />and construction administration for landscape improvements along the east right-of-way of the RK <br />Plaza, For the purpose of this proposal, the following statements and assumptions are made with <br />respect to the work required: <br /> <br />· The project limits shall be as indicated on the attached sketch entitled "Project Limits" as <br />prepared by 0 l Leary Richards Design Associates dated 6/19!08. <br />· Design and construction documents for improvements along SR Al NCollins A venue to <br />coincide with design intent for earlier projects designed by O'Leary Richards Design <br />Associates to the north. <br />· Provide electrical design for new street lighting, <br />· Provide Maintenance of Traffic plan (MOT) for submittal to FDOT. <br />· Meet with local FDOT representatives to obtain pre-permit requirements for this project. <br />· Prepare and submit design drawings to FDOT for permit. <br /> <br />s\~ <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT "A" <br />
