C5800-1516-114 of iuf `` • This Second Amendment to the Agreement between the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH ("City")and SAFEWARE, INC., ("Contractor")executed this ($ day of SE"Ptl_mac2 2016, is made a part of the original Agreement between the parties dated June 29,2015,contract No.C1415- , 076 ("the Agreement"), between the City and Contractor attached hereto as Attachment "A" whose • Federal Identification # is 52-1152883 . The City and Contractor hereby agree as follows: • 1. REVISED COMPLETION DATE. Section 4 of the original Agreement between the parties is hereby amended to extend the term of this Agreement from September 16,2016, to end no later than January 14,2017 ("Revised Completion Date"). 2. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT. Except as specifically modified herein,all terms and conditions of the original Agreement between the parties dated June 29, 2015, shall remain in full force and effect. 3➢ CONFLICTING PROVISIONS. The terms and conditions in this Second Amendment supersede any conflicting provisions that are contained in any other document. If there is a conflict or inconsistency between any term, statement, requirement, or provision of this Second Amendment and any term, statement, requirement or provision contained in any other document, including but not limited to Attachment "A", the term, statement requirement, or provision contained in this Second Amendment shall prevail and be given superior effect and priority.
