All projects, whether large or small, are scheduled, and the project manager supported, by the Project Management Office (PMO) in the corporate headquarters, The Pre-Functional Checklists and Functional Performance Testing guaranty performance certification as well as the follow up development of a list of warranty issues at the 10-month milestone as an example. The Safeware Team performs all engineering functions in house and has developed cooperative associations with factory engineering and support personnel of all major product lines. This assures that the latest upgrades are included and integrated in the installed systems. All AutoCAD is in house.
