C0719-1516-120 <br /> This Sixth Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Sµnny Isles Beach("City")and The <br /> Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company,("Contractor")executed this IS day ofT'E MbE R ,2016, . <br /> is made a part of the original Agreement,Contract No. 1112-055 ("Agreement"), approved by Resolution <br /> No.2012-1935, dated July 19,2012,between the City and Contractor attached hereto as Attachment"A", • <br /> whose Federal Identification# is 34-0253240. The City and Contractor hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. ELECTION OF RENEWAL TERM. The City hereby exercises its fourth and final option to <br /> renew the Agreement for one(1)year pursuant to Section 4 of the Agreement between the parties. <br /> 2. TERM. The Term of this Sixth Amendment shall commence on September 17-:•2016, and shall <br /> end no later than September 16,2017. <br /> • <br /> 3. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. The additional compensation for Services rendered in <br /> connection with this Sixth Amendment shall be in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Twenty Five <br /> Thousand Dollars($125,000.00). <br /> 4. OTHLR PROVISIONS REMAIN LN EFFECT. Except as specifically modified herein, all <br /> terms and conditions of the original Agreetnent between the parties,dated July 19, 2012, shall remain in <br /> full force and effect. <br /> 5. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
