INTERPRETATION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />11I1 <br />- <br /> <br />Rla <br /> <br />4.1 All questions requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall be made <br />in writing and shall reach the office of the Owner at least 5 days prior to the date for receipt of <br />bids.
