All are hereby made a part ofthis Contract. <br /> <br />Unless otherwise noted, all page references in the Special Provisions refer to the FLORIDA <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD AND <br />BRIDGE CONSTRUCTlON, 2004 edition. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Location of Work: <br /> <br />The location where the work is to be performed shall be in the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Central <br />Island neighborhood, between Collins Avenue (SR AlA) and the Intracoastal Waterway and NE <br />1 74th Street and NE l82nd Street (non-included). The exact location and limits of construction are <br />shown in the Plans accompanying these Contract Documents. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Scope of Work: <br /> <br />The project consists of construction of the storm sewer system throughout the Central Island <br />neighborhood as indicated on the construction plans; sub-surface drainage; drainage wells (deep <br />wells), pavement milling and resurfacing; pavement overbuilt and resurfacing; street widening, <br />pavement markings and signing; tree relocation and misceiianeous tasks to complete the work. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Plans: <br /> <br />The plans accompanying these Contract Documents are entitled: "CENTRAL ISLAND DRAINAGE <br />AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS" prepared for, THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, October, <br />2007 <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Limitation of Operations: <br /> <br />Section 8-4.1 - Night Work: Add the following to this sub article: <br /> <br />No work shall be done at all on Saturday, Sunday and designated holidays or any day between the <br />hours of 5 :00 p.m. and 8 :00 a.m., except such work as is necessary for the proper care and protection <br />of the work already performed, or, except that permission to do such work may be secured from the <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Project Si2n: <br /> <br />The Contractor shall construct three (3) "PROJECT SIGNS" (4' x 8' in size) in accordance with a <br />sketch to be provided by the City.
