General provisions of Contract, including General and Supplementary <br />Conditions. <br /> <br />B. Requirements for determining completed Work - Section 01025. <br /> <br />1.02 PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />A. The Project consists of general construction of a prefabricated restroom <br />building and new lighting and electrical throughout the park, in the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />1.03 CONTRACTOR USE OF PREMISES <br /> <br />A. Contractor shall have full use of the premises for construction operations, <br />including use of the site. The Contractor's use of the premises is limited <br />only by the Owner's right to perform construction operations with its own <br />forces or to employ separate contractors on portions of the project. <br /> <br />B. The Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating his daily activities in <br />conjunction with any Contractors presently working within the City of <br />Weston. <br /> <br />C. Confine operations to areas within rights-of-way and easements. <br /> <br />D. Keep existing driveways and entrances serving the premises clear and <br />available to the Owner and the Owner's employees at all times. <br /> <br />1. Do not use these areas for parking or storage of materials. <br />2. Schedule deliveries to minimize space and time requirements for <br />storage of materials and equipment on site. <br />E. Do not dispose of organic and hazardous material on site, either by burial <br />or by burning. <br /> <br />1.04 ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION <br /> <br />A. Provide protection, operate temporary facilities and conduct construction <br />in ways and by methods that comply with environmental regulations, and <br />minimize the possibility that air, waterways and subsoil might be <br />contaminated or polluted, or that other undesirable effects might result. <br /> <br />04/08 <br /> <br />01 015-1 <br /> <br />06-5723 <br />
