Power Outage Solutions We have the resources and equipment to provide for electrical power by alternate means, including: , Generators , Batteries .J Solar Panels ::I Vehicles We are self-sufficient and have the capability to deploy to completely "dark" areas that are without electrical power, telephones, cable communications, and potable water. Communications :::J Phones: We have an existing contract with a national cellular phone provider that provides us with the capability to provide cellular phones to all QA monitors, If requested, these phones can be activated to provide GPS coordinates and provide a M903301 / WHI ~ tracking report for the location of each QA Monitor. Additionally we provide satellite phones to key personnel. :J Internet: We utilize an intranet and internet and have in-house IT Support capable of solving typical access issues. This service can be satellite or land- line based depending upon the status in the affected area. Fuel We have the resources and ability to provide for large scale independent fuel deliveries to our base of operations and smaller scale deliveries to individual QA Monitors. Food and Consumables We have the ability to provide an independent food service provider that will provide us with hot and cold meals on a daily basis. Additionally, we have in-house resources and capabilities to provide dry goods and consumable supplies on an on-call basis. We are self- sufficient and can assist you if needed. LEAD TIME It is our SOP that upon notification by the City we shall provide, within 4 to 48 hours, a minimum number of Quality Assurance monitors to perform all services anticipated in the RFP Scope of Work. It is our position that our team has the resources and assets to meet or exceed the lead time requirements set by the City for this assignment. Our team is strategically placed in the potential disaster affected area and is supported by the combined regional and national resources of our firms. We maintain a "ready list" of available personnel to deploy within a few hours notice. These individuals provide the core group to meet the immediate needs of the City and provide us with the ability to supplement the staff we will hire from the local area.
