(SRI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The O'Brien's Group whose parent company is <br />SEACOR Holdings, Inc. SEACOR is a diversified, multi-national company that provides emergency environ- <br />mental response solutions to governments and industry worldwide. Headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. <br />SEACOR is a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol CKH. <br /> <br />SRI intends to team with Dewberry and Davis, LLC to provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach with unsur- <br />passed experience in the preparation of debris management plans, debris removal contract scopes of work and <br />debris removal monitoring and management. The two companies have successfully worked together on numer- <br />ous projects since 2001. <br /> <br />Since 2001, SRI has assisted hundreds of communities across the Southeast with their hurricane recovery ef- <br />forts - in emergency planning, technical expertise with the FEMA Public Assistance program and the Federal <br />Highways Administration Emergency Relief program, FEMA grant management, and debris removal project <br />management. We have an extensive background supporting FEMA grant management, eligibility compliance, <br />disaster planning and mitigation programs through federal grant agencies such as FEMA and FHW A. The un- <br />derlying philosophy of SRI is to strive for, and achieve the utmost in client satisfaction. <br /> <br />Solid Resources has developed its superior FEMA grant management capabilities by providing technical assis- <br />tance to over 800 Public Assistance applicants throughout Florida. Our experienced staff has written, reviewed <br />and submitted more than 650 Projects Worksheets for all categories of work. Additionally, SRI staff has as- <br />sisted the Florida Department of Transportation's sub-grantees with the preparation of Detailed Damage In- <br />spection Reports (DDIR) to obtain reimbursement from the Federal Highways Administration. SRI has pro- <br />vided all our clients with excellent service by utilizing our own highly trained and experienced staff, not over- <br />committing our resources and delivering the highest levels of customer service. In addition, SRI has an exten- <br />sive background in FEMA grant management at the state and local levels. <br /> <br />Dewberry is a privately-held firm with a staff of 1,870 nationwide. The firm maintains 35 offices and provides <br />services in program management, planning, engineering, architecture, surveying, geographic information ser- <br />vices and the environmental sciences. Clients include government agencies at all levels, corporations, real es- <br />tate developers, colleges and universities, school districts and other commercial and institutional organizations. <br /> <br />The financial state of this partnership is extremely stable. Between the two companies, annual revenue for the <br />past two years is in excess of $300 million. Both firms continue to experience operational growth and expertise <br />capabilities every year. The parent company of Solid Resources, Inc.
