Scope of work includes: contract administration, which involved <br />assessment of damages, developing bid documents, and developing contracts, scope also included coordinating <br />with the FDOT FEMA and FHWA representative, reviewing and approving invoices for payment in accordance with <br />FEMA and FHWA guidelines.
