<br />To Whom It May Concern:

<br />Hurricanes Katrina and Wilma struck MIami-Dade County this past
<br />year, leaving millions of cubic yards of vegetative debris in their
<br />wake. The debris clean-up process for these storms was completed
<br />on December 23, 2005.
<br />
<br />RAS was one of the Departmenfs prime debris removal
<br />contractors. Their assigned work: area included a significant portion
<br />of the northeast section of the County's Solid Waste Collection
<br />Service .A.rea. RAS completed all of its assigned areas and
<br />performed at a high standard of quality.
<br />
<br />The Department of Solid Waste Management (OSWM) appreciates
<br />the efforts of RAS in making this project a success and thanks them
<br />for a job wefi done.
