We have put together a team very experienced in enhancing the public realm for municipal clients including streetscapes within FOOT rights-of-way. We are very enthusiastic about the opportunity to work with you on this project. This is an exciting but challenging time in the history and development of Sunny Isles Beach. The efforts of the City in the next few years will determine the success of its transformation from a quiet unincorporated area of Miami-Dade County to an internationally known South Florida oceanfront City. As the attached information demonstrates, the EDAW Team is uniquely qualified to provide the full scope of services the City requires to make this successful redevelopment transition.
