<br />the southeastern United States with high-quality
<br />engineering and planning services. The firm
<br />maintains regional and field offices throughout the
<br />State of Florida with a total full time staff of over 80

<br />E&R PROJECT TEAM
<br />
<br />Shahin Hekmat, P. E. will be the overall project
<br />manager and the point of contact for the City
<br />of Sunny Isles Beach, Mr. Hekmat has been
<br />involved in projects with the City for more than
<br />three years and helped prepare the City's Capital
<br />Improvement Plan (CIP) and the associated budget.
<br />Mr. Hekmat is experienced in the planning, design,
<br />permitting, bidding, and awarding and all aspects
<br />of construction administration in the South Florida
<br />Area. Mr. Hekmat has been involved with municipal
<br />projects and agencies since 1990. He was the City
<br />Engineer for City of Weston, the District consultant
<br />with South Broward Drainage District and has
<br />been involved as an in-house consultant to many
<br />other cities such as Lauderhill, North Lauderdale,
<br />Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Dania Beach, Sunny Isles
<br />Beach and Westpark. He has also been involved in
<br />preparing and presenting project scope and funding
<br />needs for large public forums as well as one-on-one
<br />with public officials and community leaders,
<br />
<br />Scott Gombar, P.E. will be the Principal-in-Charge.
<br />Mr, Gombar has also been involved with the
<br />City for many years, managing capital projects
<br />and coordinating with outside consultants and
<br />contractors.

<br />Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)
<br />Procedures will be followed by all team members,
<br />Standardized requirements are outlined in E&R's
<br />QA/QC Plan and distributed by E&R's QA Manager
<br />at the beginning of the project. The QA/QC program
<br />is followed by the Project Team at
<br />the management level, by tracking
<br />the QC schedule to assure the
