The traffic component <br />evaluated four alternative build options and the impacts to an <br />interchange with 1-95. The study required the preparation of a <br />design traffic memorandum, as well as an interchange <br />I operational analysis report. Alternatives were evaluated using <br />HCS, Synchro, and CORSIM software.
