BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope. size. and cost)

Zyscovich, Inc. created an urban vision and design plan for the City of Hollywood's Young Circle. Its purpose is to assist the City in
managing new development proposals which include such joint public/private initiatives as: an Arts Park. a Northeast Development
Parcel. a Northwest Development Parcel. the Great Southern and Adjacent Parcel. a Southeast Development Parcel. a PublixfWalgreens
site. an FDOT Street Plan. a TOD opportunity at the intersection of Hollywood Blvd.. and the FEC tracks.

The master plan capitalizes on Arts and Cultural Resources (both existing and planned) as a means of developing an art-centered base of
activities. It provides for a visual connection between Young Circle and the Hollywood Golf Course along with a public network of green
corridors and parks. The planned Arts Park will encourage restaurant, retail. and pedestrian activity on both sides of the circle and
synthesize the energies between the retail area across the street and those within the Circle. Parking is to be reconfigured and sited away
from the Circle, separating traffic. The Zyscovich plan further calls for the geometric reintegration of the Circle through the use of
circular architecture as in the piazzas of numerous Italian cities. It includes provisions for preserving development rights of nearby
properties while elevating the character and quality of development on the Circle.

FEE: $ 13sK
SIZE: 15 Acres

.

.

STANDARD FORM 330

(1/2004) PAGE 1
