Since 1955, Beiswenger, Hoch and Associates (BHA) has been providing comprehensive consulting engineering services to federal, state and local
Departments of Transportation and various Counties and Municipalities. BHA has furnished its clients with complete highway engineering,
structural engineering, transportation planning, flood control, drainage design and construction supervision services. BHA provides professional
engineering services for highway, bridge, drainage and survey projects, including the design of related waterfront structures and bulkheads. In this
manner, all of BHA's personnel are involved with highway, bridge and drainage assignments in one capacity or another.

Roadwav and BridQe DesiQn Expertise
Over the years, we have successfully performed highway/bridge projects for the state Departments of Transportation of Florida, North Carolina,
South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Louisiana (states in the South Region). Our designs conform to the FHWA, AASHTO, NEPA, CEQ and
NHPA standards, criteria and procedures, flood control, drainage and environmental mitigation conform to DERM, SFWMD, SJRWMD, FDEP,
ACOE and FOOT.

As a leading consultant to the Florida Department of Transportation, BHA has a record of accomplishing efficient solutions for some of the most
difficult and complex roadway and bridge design projects within the state. We are a multidisciplinary consulting firm specialized in highway design
especially in highly constrained locations. Our recent design projects with highly relevant drainage and flood control design include:

Total CADD DesiQn Approach
.he development of the plans will be accomplished using state-of-the-art CADD hardware and software. BHA has over nine years experience in
sing CADD for design and production of complex roadway and bridge plans. This experience coupled with the firm's strong commitment to
innovation, research and development in this area has brought national recognition to BHA as a leader in CADD usage. In addition, BHA has
developed proprietary software for roadway, bridge and drainage design specifically on CADD. BHA's proprietary software has been proven to
accelerate and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the plans production process.

One of the premier software packages developed by BHA is GEOPAK. GEOPAK is a comprehensive package for the design and production of
plans specifically on Microstation CADD systems. BHA developed and currently maintains and enhances GEOPAK using an in-house staff residing
in our headquarters office. GEOPAK is currently being used by nine governmental agencies as their roadway design software, which include
Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Illinois, Kansas and Minnesota Departments of Transportation, City of Edmonton, and the Army
Corps of Engineers.

Aesthetics

Beiswenger, Hoch and Associates takes pride in our approach towards project aesthetics. This approach has resulted in numerous engineering
design awards. BHA's in-house expertise on three-dimensional (3D) CADD software allows us to create a 3D model of an entire project, thereby
facilitating enhanced aesthetic and operational analysis. This 3D model is also a vital tool in developing appropriate presentation material for use
during the public involvement component of preliminary design and environmental analysis state, as well as the final design stage of the project.
