<br />Time Share Villas, Clubhouse, and Men's Club into a comprehensive open space system, allowing continuous circulation through
<br />landscaped courtyards, pool decks, and palm meadows. SMDS provided complete Master Plan services and design development for
<br />the open space system, including the site mater planning, vehicular circulation and parking, pedestrian walks, pools, pool decks,
<br />and garden spaces. A detail of typical villas "cluster" illustrates the design intent to respect traditional/cultural forms and customs.

<br />provide a diverse program of outdoor activities. The various courtyards, water features, and fields throughout the project allows for
<br />study, socializing and play throughout the campus at the same time. SMDS designs for the landscape reflect the architecture's
<br />contemporary style, with emphasis on simplicity, attention to detail and creating an enhanced indoor to outdoor spatial relationship.
