Our open space design concept integrates the City Hall site and adjacent restaurant into a cohesive urban setting. A large fountain embraces the council chambers, providing a continuous seating area for passerby and employees alike, terminating at a small courtyard adjacent to the library. The plaza was designed to expand north as part of a future City Hall expansion project. The interplay of the shimmering water and lights on the blue mosaic wall creates a civic nighttime display.
