A small park is located near the center of <br />the neighborhood, which is a simple, grass lawn encircled by flowering trees. Large canopy trees were specified for street trees to <br />increase pedestrian comfort and improve the neighborhood's character. A median is created along one street with a heavy planting <br />of palms. <br /> <br />Services: Schematic drawings for planting, tree island location, median alignment, and Construction Documents for planting plans, <br />specifications.
