Locally as Project Architect with the Kaiser Transit Group, which includes three major transit Stations such as Vizcalla, Dr. Martin Luther King and Hialeah Stations for the Miami-Dade Metro Rail. Experience as Transit Consultant for the SCRTS- Southern California Rapid Transit System. As Project Manager for the Planning and Development ~ivision at Miami-Dade Aviation Department. Several Projects included planning for parking facilities during the twelve year period at the Aviation Department. Ms. Munoz also has experience with private clients, medical, educational and commercial facilities. Ms. Munoz has been with the firm ofCMF in the Marketing and Architectural Areas for a year. Personnel Qualifications . Fred Poey. Is a Mechanical Engineer with 20 years experience in Construction and Project Management. . Mr. Poey is a Construction Manager at CMF for various projects such as BROLAM Warehouse, and Bird Road Starbucks Shopping Center. He was responsible for the supervision of the reconstruction of the Head Quarters for the Astri Group, Chispa Restaurant at the City of Ooral, Served as Regional Manager for the Tape Company, V.P. and CAO for AGRIDEC, Inc. and Mechanical Engineer for the David Taylor Research Institute. Gianina Moreno. She is a Graduate Architect in training at CMF. She works as AUTO CAD operator and 3D presentations. Work involves design and contract documents. She has been involved in several recent public and projects with the firm ofCMF and others. Carlos J. Flores. He works in cost estimates and construction management with CMF International Group, Inc. Projects involved experience in coordinating commercial construction bids, office management and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. .
