Drainage was designed with a series of interconnected pipes and exfiltration trench overflowing to a retention area. Since there was no existing sanitary sewer around this site, a septic tank was designed to collect the sewer. Permits will be obtained through the City of Hollywood, Broward County EPD, and the Broward County Health Department. Total Civil Fee = $45,000 F.
