<br /> Mr. Ross was the Lead Project Engineer for the drainage design of 3 unique square-mile sections of Miami-Dade County's Westchester area. Project was
<br /> funded by FEMA due to major flooding in the area. Proposed drainage improvements included the design of exfiltration trench to meet the 5-year storm water
<br /> quality criteria set forth by DERM and FEMA for local streets. Streets that were located on section lines and half-section lines were designed with
<br /> interconnectinq sub-basins spanninq the lenqth of the proiect and needed to meet 1 O-year storm water quality criteria set forth by DERM and FEMA.

<br /> Mr. Ross was the Lead Project Engineer for the design of 6.5 miles of canal dredging-sediment removal, embankment restoration and stabilization, and
<br /> culverts. Project was funded by FEMA due to major flooding in the area. The North Canal is located in Homestead, Florida and provides flow between the
<br /> Everglades and Biscayne Bay. Design followed FEMA, FHWNFOOT, Miami-Dade County Public Works, and Miami-Dade County DERM procedures and
<br /> desiqn standards.
