The incorporation of arcades, landscaped walks and plazas created an <br />attractive, safe environment for both tourists and locals. WA served as the Architect and Engineer of Record for the redevelopment of a <br />700,000 SF "urban destination" retail complex. These improvements were coordinated with the City of South Miami and its Hometown <br />Plan.
