<br />Engineering Coordinator for the parking garage expansion. The incorporation of arcades, landscaped walks and plazas created an
<br />attractive, safe environment for both tourists and locals. WA served as the Architect and Engineer of Record for the redevelopment of a
<br />700,000 SF "urban destination" retail complex. These improvements were coordinated with the City of South Miami and its Hometown
<br />Plan. The expansion also included an addition to the existing parking garage to creating a 580,000 SF. eight.level structure for a
<br />total of 1,700 parking spaces.

<br />residential spaces on 8 floors with specific user zones allocated to 1. The retail component, 2. A 31,000 SF Publix, and 3. 24 floors
<br />of apartments above. In all, the project presents itself as the prototype for mixed use in-town living.
