With <br />responsibility for Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design and Construction Management, the WA <br />Team offers a unique combination of capabilities and expertise for this project. <br />· Relevant experience in community centers, recreational center, gymnasiums, parks and <br />municipal centers in Dade, Broward and palm Beach Counties: <br />· Extensive experience in the planning and design of municipal facilities in South Florida and a <br />comprehensive, working knowledge of the Florida Building Code - Dade County edition, as well <br />as FEMA requirements, life safety issues, provisions for the handicapped and all other applicable <br />codes as they apply to this project; <br />· Over three decades of experience with governmental agencies, most recently as consultants to <br />local towns and villages <br />· An organizational structure which ensures an immediate response to all contract demands and <br />leadership in resolving conflicts and problems; <br />· The depth of professional and technical resources to assign additional personnel, as required, to <br />meet unusual demands or perform specialized tasks. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DEMONSTRATED ABILITY <br />WA has demonstrated the ability to provide quality projects in various South Florida communities, <br />and in doing so has developed a close, working relationships.
