(TRP) is a privately held corporation <br />chartered in the State of Florida. We consider our financial history privately held information. Upon <br />receipt of this contract, TRP would be pleased to provide your committee with any information needed <br />as evidence of our financial security. <br /> <br />2006 Annual Revenue: $1,023,816.00 <br /> <br />2005 Annual Revenue: $ 724,788.00 <br /> <br />STAFF WITH FINANCIAL INTEREST: <br /> <br />Walter B. Holt, Principal, 5815 SW 68th Street, Miami, FL 33143 <br />Fernando Calcines, Principal, 5815 SW 68th Street, Miami, FL 33143 <br /> <br />APPROACH: The first priority of the project will be to establish and refine the programmatic goals of <br />the project in consideration of the current land use, future land use goals, land availability and <br />budgetary considerations. Upon achieving all necessary approvals of the refined program and budget, <br />a master plan (of update thereof) for the park will be designed, such plan having the input of all <br />specialty consultants as well as the personnel identified by the client as having review and approval <br />input into the design process as well as the community surrounding this project. <br /> <br />Upon refinement and approval of the park master plan and associated budget, the more detailed <br />schematic design, design development and construction document phases will be undertaken. Every <br />phase will only proceed upon the approval of the submittals of the preceding phase. <br /> <br />The project manager, Terry L. Holt, R.A., of The Russell Partnership, Inc. will be the day to day contact <br />with the City of Sunny Isles Beach and will coordinate all communications between the design team <br />and the client. Likewise, the project manager will continue as the point of contact throughout the <br />bidding and construction process and will be the lead manager in all construction administration <br />responsibilities of the team. The firm will provide a warranty inspection one year after the date of <br />substantial completion of the project. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 14 <br />
