<br />Proiect scope: The project consisted in the design and construction of a neighborhood park. The program included two soccer
<br />fields, playground, restrooms and parking lot facilities. Special attention was given to xeriscape, the use of native plant
<br />material, security, aesthetics, and the creation of a strong buffer to the neighboring housing to the North. The construction
<br />drawings are in progress.

<br />Size: Site of approximately 3.5 acres.

<br />Specific Role: Fernandez-Beraud, Inc. was in charge of Landscape Design Development, Construction Documentation and will be in charge
<br />of Construction Observation.

<br />Cost; The estimated cost of the landscape and irrigation construction is approximately $350,000.
