<br />other facilities needed to accommodate new growth; <br /> <br />(13) Purchase of other capital equipment for stations affected by new <br /> <br />growth. <br /> <br />b. The five (5) percent general administrative cost portion of the Impact Fee <br /> <br />shall be deposited into the General Fund and shall be used to offset the costs of administering <br /> <br />the Impact Fee. <br /> <br />Section 8. <br /> <br />Establishment of Fund. Impact Fees collected pursuant to this Ordinance <br /> <br />shall be accounted for in a Capital Outlay Impact Fee Fund to be established by the City. <br /> <br />Section 9. <br /> <br />Severability. The provisions of this Ordinance are declared to be severable <br /> <br />and if any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall for any reason be held to be <br /> <br />invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections, <br /> <br />sentences, clauses, and phrases of this Ordinance but they shall remain in effect, it being the legislative <br /> <br />intent that this Ordinance shall stand notwithstanding the invalidity of any part. <br /> <br />Section 10. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
