Lot coverage. <br /> <br />The total lot coverage permitted for all buildings on the site shall not exceed forty <br /> <br />(40) percent of the total lot area except that any structures below 19' MSL shall not be <br /> <br />counted for lot coverage where the top of the structure is fully landscaped and/or utilized <br /> <br />solely for recreational activities <br /> <br />(Ord.
