<br />( c) The minimum size for a hotel . motel or lockout unit not containing a <br /> <br /> <br />kitchen shall be 375 square feet. <br /> <br /> <br />(d) The minimum unsubdivided square footage for an apartment hotel unit <br /> <br /> <br />shall be 750 square feet. <br />(2) Density Bonuses: The City Commission may approve density bonuses in addition <br /> <br />to the maximum density permitted above in accordance with the following requirements: <br /> <br />(a) Local Mass Transit Density Bonus: A density bonus shall be granted for <br /> <br /> <br />participation in the City's development of a local mass transit system. The <br /> <br /> <br />density bonus shall be one (1) additional dwelling unit for each Ten Thousand <br /> <br /> <br />Dollars $10.000.00 contributed to the City's capital improvement fund designated <br /> <br /> <br />for development of a local mass transit system. The maximum local mass transit <br /> <br />density bonus shall not exceed three (3) dwelling units per acre. <br /> <br />(b) Bus Shelter Density Bonus: A density bonus shall be granted for the <br /> <br />construction of a bus turnout bay and of a bus shelter. The bonus shall be a total <br /> <br />of five (5) additional dwelling units or apartments. <br />(c) Median LandseaDin~ Density Bonus: A density bonus shall be granted for <br /> <br /> <br />participation in the beautification of medians in the roadways adioining the <br /> <br /> <br />development. The bonus shall be one (1) additional dwelling unit for each Ten <br /> <br /> <br />Thousand Dollars ($10.000.00) contributed to the City's capital improvement <br /> <br /> <br />fund designated for beautification and landscaping of medians.
