<br />(d) The City shall at all times have the right, upon reasonable notice and during normal <br />business hours, to examine and copy a franchisee's records and to inspect a franchisee's facilities <br />to the extent needed to monitor a franchisee's compliance with and performance under this article <br />and the franchisee's franchise agreement. <br /> <br />Sec. 33. <br /> <br />Repeal of conOictine ordinances. <br /> <br />Section 8AA of the Code of Miami-Dade County as adopted by Section 8.3 of the City <br />Charter as its own ordinance on the same subject, and all parts or ordinances and all resolutions or <br />parts of resolutions in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such <br />conflict. <br /> <br />Sec. 34. <br /> <br />Severability. <br /> <br />If any section, subsection, clause or provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid or <br />unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder shall not be affected by such <br />invalidity. <br /> <br />Sec. 34. <br /> <br />Effective date.
