~ B. There shall be a maximum of one sign per street frontage. No other temporary signage shall be permitted while a temporary construction sign is in place. Plaques, pennants and banners are specifically prohibited. C. Temporary Construction Signs may be erected and maintained for a period not to exceed 120 days prior to the issuance of a building permit and thereafter the sign may remain on the site for a total display time not to exceed ten (10) months. D. The sign area shall not exceed 30 percent (30%) of the linear frontage of the property to a maximum size of 200 square feet. Construction signs located on walls or construction barriers such as a fence shall be permitted provided however, no wall or fence shall have a height greater six feet (6'). The area contained in renderings, decorative or artistic portions of such sign shall not be included in the calculation of SIgn area. 2. Renealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. 3. Severability. If any section, subsection, clause or provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder shall not be affected by such invalidity. 4. Inclusion into the Code. The provisions of this Ordinance shall be included and incorporated into the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sunny Isles Beach as an addition thereto and the sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered to conformed to any uniformed numbering system. 5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after adoption on second reading. PASSED AND ADOPTED on first reading the 15th day of July, 1999.
