<br />~ <br /> <br />B. There shall be a maximum of one sign per street frontage. No other <br />temporary signage shall be permitted while a temporary construction sign is in place. <br />Plaques, pennants and banners are specifically prohibited. <br /> <br />C. Temporary Construction Signs may be erected and maintained for a period <br />not to exceed 120 days prior to the issuance of a building permit and thereafter the <br />sign may remain on the site for a total display time not to exceed ten (10) months. <br /> <br />D. The sign area shall not exceed 30 percent (30%) of the linear frontage of the <br />property to a maximum size of 200 square feet. Construction signs located on walls <br />or construction barriers such as a fence shall be permitted provided however, no wall <br />or fence shall have a height greater six feet (6'). The area contained in renderings, <br />decorative or artistic portions of such sign shall not be included in the calculation of <br />SIgn area. <br /> <br />2. Renealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same <br />are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />3. Severability. If any section, subsection, clause or provision of this Ordinance is declared <br />invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder shall not be affected <br />by such invalidity. <br /> <br />4. Inclusion into the Code. The provisions of this Ordinance shall be included and incorporated <br />into the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sunny Isles Beach as an addition thereto and the sections <br />of this Ordinance may be renumbered to conformed to any uniformed numbering system. <br /> <br />5. Effective Date.
