Floor area ratio. <br /> <br />1. The definition of "Floor Area Ratio" (F.A.R.) is hereby amended established as <br /> <br />follows: The floor area ratio is the gross floor area of all buildings or structures on a <br /> <br />parcel divided by the total parcel area, excluding water submerged lands. (This definition <br /> <br />shall supercede any other definition of floor area ratio.) <br /> <br />2.
