<br />kitchens and/or suites, with no limit on the number of units, rooms or suites, <br /> <br />provided that the development is un-subdivided and is operated as a bona fide <br /> <br />hotel or motel offering accommodations to the public. Apartment hotels intended <br /> <br />to be subdivided as to ownership and which otherwise meet the definition of a <br /> <br />hotel shall not exceed a maximum density of 150 dwelling units per acre. fe} <br /> <br />L6c!wut Units Residential dwelling units or apartments shall not be permitted to <br /> <br />have "lock-outs". Apartment Hotels, hotels and motels shall be permitted to have <br /> <br />"lock-out" units, where a portion of the dwelling unit has separate access, can be <br /> <br />locked-off from the remainder of the unit, and can be rented or leased separately <br /> <br />from the remainder of the unit provided that each lockout shall be counted as a <br /> <br />separate dwelling unit for parking calculations. Lock-out units shall not be <br /> <br />subdivided and sold separately from the main unit., unless it meets the definition <br /> <br />as set forth in subparagraph 33 222.1(1)(a) herein below. <br /> <br />(2) Except as otherwise provided in Subsection ffi (a) aBEi fiB. below, the <br /> <br />minimum gross floor area of a dwelling unit with no lockout ability shall be five <br /> <br />hundred and fifty (550) square feet. <br /> <br />(3) The minimum gross square footage for an apartment hotel unit with a <br /> <br />lockout ability shall be 750 square feet.
