<br />(d) Beachwalk B()tlr-dwfll!c Density Bonus: A density bonus for residential <br /> <br />apartments shall be given for the granting of an easement and construction of a <br /> <br />public beaehfront board'Nalk beachwalk along the entire beach frontage of a site. <br /> <br />The walkway shall be a minimum of fifteen feet in width, shall contain one (1) <br /> <br />park bench every twenty-five (25) feet and shall be constructed in accordance <br /> <br />with specifications provided by the City. The bonus shall be one dwelling (1) unit <br /> <br />for each one hundred (100') feet of boardv:alk beachwalk constructed. The <br /> <br />maximum beachwalk board'.valk density bonus shall not exceed the total linear <br /> <br />feet of beachfront of the property divided by one hundred (100) feet. three (3) <br /> <br />dwelling units per acre. Beachwalk dedication and construction done to qualify <br /> <br />for a floor area ratio bonus shall not be double counted to qualify for a density <br /> <br />bonus; additional dedication and construction is required for the density bonus. <br /> <br />(e) Beach Renourishment and maintenance Density Bonus: A density bonus <br /> <br />shall be granted for participation in the City's beach renourishment efforts. The <br /> <br />bonus shall be one (1) additional dwelling unit for each Ten Thousand Dollars <br /> <br />($10,000.00) contributed to the City's capital improvement fund designated for <br /> <br />beach restoration and management.
