<br />(d) <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />provided in good condition and in conspicuous place where same can be seen and <br />read from the street as well as the abutting waterway and/or beach. <br /> <br />The word "owner" as used in this article shall include owners of the fee, lessee <br />and "agent in charge". <br /> <br />All such building owners shall have sixty (60) calendar days from adoption ofthis <br />ordinance to come into compliance herewith. Thereafter. such building owners <br />shall be subiect to enforcement action as necessary to bring said buildings into <br />compliance herewith. <br /> <br />Severability. <br /> <br />Provisions of this Ordinance are declared to be severable and if any section, sentence, clause or <br />phrase of this Ordinance shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional, shall decision shall not <br />affect the validity of the remaining section, sentences, clauses and phrases of this Ordinance, but <br />they shall remain in effect it being the legislative intent that this Ordinance shall stand <br />notwithstanding the invalidity of any part. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />Inclusion in Code. <br /> <br />It is the intention of this Commission and is hereby ordained that the provISIons of this <br />Ordinance shall become and made part of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Code; that the Sections <br />of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re-lettered to accomplish such intentions, and that the <br />word "Ordinance" shall be changed to Section or other appropriate word. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br /> <br />Repealer. <br /> <br />All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 6. <br /> <br />Effective Date. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after adoption on second reading. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED on first reading the ,,~ day o(j;L,",2oo0. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED on second reading this "L.U -tV- day of j\A..tMc1t- , 2000. <br /> <br />33-149 Ordinance amendment. <br /> <br />Page 2 of3 <br />
