<br />For every administrative application for an entrance feature, there shall be paid to the Deoartment of rimming
<br />and Zonl.,g, for the processing of each and every application, a fee of $500.00 ($1,000.00 if the application is
<br />the result ofa violation). All such fees shall be paid, in total, at the time of the ftling of the application, and
<br />no fee shall be credited or refunded.
