As detailed earlier, all of the principal arterial roadways within the City operate at acceptable LOS levels. Similarly, the bus service operates at an acceptable level. .. .. .. As detailed in the Floor Area Ratio (FAR) density study, redevelopment activity may increase the number of daily trips by as much as 2,100 to 6,100, depending upon the intensity of the redevelopment. This increased travel has the potential to decrease the LOS for Collins Avenue to below a LOS ofD. In the event of a maximum amount of redevelopment including available density bonuses, it could become necessary for the City to modify lane configurations, improve intersections and expand the shuttle service. .. ,. .. .. .. The County's .LOS standard for mass transit combines the resident/labor force population with headways.
