The geographic location and extent of the City's <br />TCEA shall be maintained on the Future Functional Classification map. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />"'" <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The area within the City, designated as a TCEA is excepted from <br />transportation concurrency requirements as a delineated area for urban <br />infill development in conformity with Section 9J-5.0055(6)(a), of the <br />Florida Administrative Code. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The area within the City designated as a TCEA, is excepted from <br />transportation concurrency requirements of Rule 9J-5.0053(3)(c) 1.- <br />4.,of the Florida Administrative Code. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ill. <br /> <br />The implementation of the TCEA, as designated, is compatible with <br />and furthers this and other elements of the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />1..,,1 <br />" <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />The implementation of the TCEA, as designated, is supported by <br />development guidelines and policies that specify programs to address <br />the transportation needs of the area.
