Sufficient right-of-way will be planned <br />for use by emergency vehicles, and the City's transit circulator, but the right- <br />of-way designation shall prohibit public vehicular access. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />d) Extension of North Bay Road pedestrian and bicycle greenway facilities <br />from 183rd Street to 185m Street. <br /> <br />e) Additional right-of-way dedications, easements, or other set asides along <br />segments of Collins Avenue to enhance the safety, convenience, and <br />aesthetics of pedestrian mobility along the corridor. <br /> <br />2B. <br /> <br />Means for achieving additions and changes to the transportation system <br />will be consistent with Objectives 3, 4, 5, 7 & 10 of this element, and <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />29 <br />
