The City shall encourage FDOT and Miami-Dade County to achieve the adopted <br />level of service on all road segments shown to be operating below their adopted <br />level of service according to the MUATS model. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />8D. The City recognizes the interaction with mixed-use developments and the resulting <br />internal satisfaction of trips when analyzing the traffic impact of proposed mixed- <br />use developments which promote revitalization and redevelopment. Mixed-use <br />developments are characterized by three (3) or more significant, mutually <br />supporting uses with significant physical and functional integration of project <br />components, including uninterrupted pedestrian connections, and that are <br />developed in conformance with a coherent plan.
