Develop and adopt a code of standards and guidelines for architectural, site, signage, <br />Street8cape and landscape design to provide guidance and support to the public and <br />private sector in assuring an appropriate fit of new development to Community <br />appearance standards. <br /> <br />IB. Develop clear procedural guidelines and professional staff and competent board <br />member review for the administration of the Community Appearance Code to assure <br />a clear, fair, balanced and a timely process for applying the code. <br /> <br />1 C. Assure creativity and diversity in design expressions through the application of basic <br />design principles rather than conformity to a subjective design style. <br /> <br />ID.
