<br />than ten (10) feet from a side street line and shall be treated with anti-graffiti paint and <br /> <br />landscaped as required per Section-217.2. (12.1) <br /> <br />(14) Metal picket fence. Where a metal picket fence abutting a zoned or dedicated right-of- <br /> <br />way is constructed anti-graffiti paint shall not be required. Metal picket fences or other <br /> <br />decorative fences which are less than 50 percent solid shall be permitted in front <br /> <br />setbacks, provided they meet the 10 foot right of way setback and landscaping <br /> <br />requirements for other fences and walls as required per Section-217.2 (12.1). The <br /> <br />maximum fence height shall not exceed six (6) feet from grade and shall be made of <br /> <br />non-ferrous materials. Within any minimum required setback area, no wall or fence <br /> <br />shall exceed a height greater than six (6) feet from grade, except fences or walls placed <br /> <br />upon the deck of a roof and parapet walls may extend no more than six feet (6') above <br /> <br />the roof deck. <br /> <br />(15) Landscaping Requirements for walls and fences: Walls or fences which are otherwise <br /> <br />permitted to be located within the front or exterior side setback shall be setback at least <br /> <br />10 feet from the right of way line and the resulting setback area between the fence and <br /> <br />the right of way line shall contain a continuous extensively landscaped buffer which <br /> <br />must be maintained in a good healthy condition by the property owner or, where <br /> <br />applicable, by the condominium, homeowners or similar association. The landscape <br /> <br />buffer shall contain the following planting materials: <br /> <br />(a) Shrubs.
