<br />(ii) For buildings where any of the floor area IS III uses other than <br /> <br />residential use: One (1) loading space is required for the first <br /> <br />100,000 square feet of floor area. One (1) additional loading space <br /> <br />is required for buildings with greater than 100,000 square feet of <br /> <br />floor area. <br /> <br />Sec. 33-229. Open Space. <br /> <br />Landscaped open space not less than forty (40) percent of the total lot area shall be provided. <br /> <br />Required open space may be located at grade or on flat structure rooftops provided that such <br /> <br />roof structure elevations not exceed twenty (20) feet above grade. Pools and pool decks, <br /> <br />unenclosed recreational facilities and play areas, and landscaped plazas may be counted towards <br /> <br />the open space requirement provided that not more than fifty (50) percent of the required open <br /> <br />space shall be in hard surfaced areas and all such paved areas be landscaped with shade trees <br /> <br />and palms consistent with the recreational use of the space. Publicly accessible open space <br /> <br />provided in accordance with Section 33-223 (4)(e), Public Oceanfront Park and Open Space <br /> <br />Enhancements, may be counted towards meeting the open space requirement. <br /> <br />Sec. 33-230. Trees. <br /> <br />Landscaping and trees shall be provided in accordance with Chapter 18 A of this Code. <br /> <br />Sec. 33-231.
