<br />Memorandum <br />September 20,2001 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />This new comprehensive ordinance assigns the responsibility for coordination of all Special Master <br />Hearings to the Office of The City Clerk. <br /> <br />There is also the addition of a lien process requiring that second notices, and notices of intent to lien <br />be sent out to non-compliant property owners prior to a lien being filed against their property. <br />Furthermore, once and order imposing a lien is signed by a Special Master, any satisfaction of the <br />order is to be coordinated through the Office of the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />--~p <br /> <br />----- <br /> <br />Christopher D.
