<br />"Special Record Date" means the date established pursuant to Section 9.05 of the Indenture as <br />a record date for the payment of defaulted interest, if any, on the Bonds. <br /> <br />"State" means the State of Florida. <br /> <br />"Supplemental Indenture" means any indenture hereafter duly authorized and entered into <br />between the Council and the Trustee, supplementing, modifying or amending the Indenture, but only <br />if and to the extent that such Supplemental Indenture is specifically authorized in the Indenture. <br /> <br />"Surety Bond" means the surety bond issued by the Surety Bond Provider guaranteeing <br />certain payments into the Reserve Fund with respect to the Bonds as provided therein or any <br />Alternate Surety Bond. <br /> <br />"Surety Bond Provider" means <br />any Alternate Surety Bond Provider. <br /> <br />and any successors thereto or <br /> <br />"Trust Estate" means the property, rights, Revenues and other assets pledged and assigned to <br />the Trustee pursuant to the Granting Clauses of the Indenture. <br /> <br />"Trustee" means Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee, or any successor thereto <br />under the Indenture. <br /> <br />9 <br />
