All of the expenditures for which monies are requested hereby represent proper Costs <br />ofthe Project, have not been included in a previous Requisition Certificate and have been properly <br />recorded on the Borrower's books as currently due and owing. <br /> <br />2. The monies requested thereby are not greater than those necessary to meet obligations <br />due and payable or to reimburse the Borrower for funds actually advanced for Costs ofthe Project. <br />The monies requested do not include retention or other monies not yet due or earned under <br />construction contracts. <br /> <br />3. This requisition is in compliance with Section 5.03 of the Indenture. <br /> <br />4. After payment of monies hereby requested, to the knowledge of the undersigned, there <br />will remain available to the Borrower sufficient funds to complete the Project substantially in <br />accordance with the plans. <br /> <br />5.
